Kesava Reddy is educated in Manufacturing Engineering in Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He has worked in leadership roles in multi-national companies for a span of sixteen years across diverse business segments. As part of his professional life, he has travelled widely; worked in Virginia, Minneapolis, Rochester (USA), Chennai and Hyderabad; gathered abounding socio-cultural experiences; associated himself with business leaders; recruited, trained and groomed employees for technical and lead roles.

In his journey, Kesava Reddy has sensed a gap between the conventionally educated youth and the demands of the real life professions. Having decided to bridge this gap and put his accumulated wisdom to use, he has conceived the idea of having his own facility to prepare children for future challenges, thus evolved the first school at Guntur. His vision and guidance formed a concrete foundation for hundreds of children winning accolades from the likes of IIT, Kharagpur
